Tunnel Mill Reservation
Bought in 1927 by the newly formed George Rogers Clark Area Council, Tunnel Mill Reservation hosted Boy Scout Summer camp from 1928-1992. Summer Camp was closed in 1993 when the council merged with My Old Kentucky Home Council and formed the current Lincoln Heritage Council. Starting in 1993, the camp became a Cub Scout focused camp, although it still hosts Boy Scout Camporees, Klondikes, JLT sessions and Woodbadge courses. It is a beloved place to many scouts who have called it home, either for a summer, or just a weekend for almost 100 years.
